Upload your sign-up list and each volunteer gets a waiver.
Upload a CSV with one row per volunteer. Before anything is sent, you can check every row. Duplicates are set aside, and a row with a bad address is skipped, so you can fix it and send that one separately. Each volunteer signs their own copy, and a column in the CSV can fill in a field, such as their shift. A new account can send 5 documents a day until we’ve reviewed it, for 14 days at most.

The board
Directors sign the resolution without a meeting.
Under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, a resolution in writing signed by all the directors entitled to vote on it is as valid as one passed at a meeting, and a copy is kept with the minutes (s. 140). Each director signs their own line, in any order.
If your organization is incorporated under a provincial Act, that Act and your by-laws decide. Section 270 of the federal Act sets out when an electronic signature meets its signature rules. Read it together with your by-laws.

What it costs
Maple eSign is free. There is no paid plan and no price per volunteer or per waiver. We have fair-use limits to keep the service running well for everyone, but they’re never used to charge you.
